Key Responsibilities

* Plan and schedule daily transportation activities and delivery routes.

* Coordinate vehicle allocation based on shipment priorities and capacity.

* Monitor dispatch operations and ensure on-time deliveries.

* Optimize transportation costs, route efficiency, and fleet utilization.

* Liaise with transport vendors, drivers, warehouses, and internal teams.

* Track shipments and resolve transportation-related issues promptly.

* Maintain transportation records, MIS reports, and logistics documentation.

* Ensure compliance with safety regulations, transportation laws, and company
policies.

* Analyze logistics performance metrics and suggest process improvements.

* Handle emergency transportation adjustments and escalation management.

* Plan in- or/and outbound transport taking into account transport regulation;

* Combine orders to achieve efficient transportation.

* Manage unforeseen incidents in the transportation planning process.
