At Global Calcium Private Limited, we’re on the lookout for a committed and skilled Training Co-Ordinator to join our dynamic team in Hosur

Key Responsibilities

✅ Collaborate with department managers to identify employee training needs through the TNI process

✅ Organize and deliver training sessions based on identified needs

✅ Design and implement comprehensive training plans and annual calendars

✅ Maintain accurate and updated training MIS and provide timely data when required

✅ Ensure smooth scheduling of training sessions along with the right training aids

✅ Keep all training documents and records up to date

✅ Assist in audits by providing relevant training documentation to the QA team





✅ Ensure 100% compliance with established training SOPs

✅ Plan and deliver additional training based on insights from attrition reports, OD initiatives, and other inputs

✅ Ensure alignment between Job Descriptions and OJT SOPs; identify and help close gaps

✅ Work closely with HODs/Managers to ensure quarterly closure of Training Effectiveness checks, in a skilled and supportive manner

Experience: 2–4 Years (If Experience - Pharma experience is mandatory)

Qualification: UG / PG
