About the Role

As a Talent Partner focusing exclusively on SMB, Field Sales hiring at Apna, you will drive all talent acquisition efforts for the SMB business vertical. Your primary responsibility will be to build a solid pipeline of high-caliber candidates for roles within the SMB segment,



while collaborating closely with SMB business leaders to understand and meet their hiring needs.

- Run high-quality headhunting, passive sourcing, and research-driven searches specific to the SMB market.
- Build and maintain org maps, talent intelligence, and competitive insights for the SMB segment.
- Utilize market intelligence and data to inform recruiting decisions and drive proactive sourcing efforts for SMB roles.
