Role Description

The Senior Manager, Medical Operations Excellence is a strategic and operational
role responsible for advancing best-in-class scientific content development,
publication excellence, medical content standards, and organizational capability
building. This role will implement global frameworks, training programs,
onboarding curricula, and continuous improvement initiatives that enable
consistent, high-quality, compliant, and innovative scientific communications
across the organization.

This role serves as a facilitator, collaborator, and operational partner to
Scientific Communications leadership and cross-functional stakeholders by
reinforcing standards, supporting training and on

boarding initiatives, enabling scalable content development approaches, and
contributing to productive operational planning.

Reporting to the Director of Medical Operations, this global role will help
support a modular content strategy through template development, content
enablement resources, workflow coordination,



and operational support. This
individual will collaborate closely with Scientific Communications leadership
and Operations colleagues globally and within Amgen India to help maintain a
cohesive, forward-looking, and collaborative Scientific Communications
organization.

standards, processes, and compliance expectations across content development
activities, including alignment with GPP, ICMJE, internal SOPs, and other
applicable requirements.
