Description
We are seeking an experienced Data & AI Product Owner to lead digital, data, and
automation initiatives within the Quality domain. This role will focus on
enabling data-driven quality processes, improving compliance and operational
excellence, and delivering business value through AI and automation solutions.
Experience Required
* 10+ years of overall qualified experience
* 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role
* Strong expertise in Quality domain
* Proven experience in driving projects independently
Key Responsibilities
* Define and own product vision, roadmap, and strategy for data, AI, and
automation initiatives
* Experience with data engineering and ETL/ELT processes
* Collaborate with Quality stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases
(deviations, CAPA, audits, complaints, batch release, quality analytics)
* Lead Agile product development using Scrum, including backlog creation,
grooming, and prioritization
* Drive sprint planning, execution, and delivery with cross-functional teams
* Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
* Ensure delivery of scalable, high-quality data and analytics solutions
* Drive adoption of digital technologies including IoT and digital twins where
relevant
* Define KPIs and success metrics to measure product performance
