This open position is for Armanino India LLP, which is located in India.
Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).
Responsibilities
* Provide deep technical accounting expertise under US GAAP and SEC
requirements, including complex accounting research, preparation of technical
memos, and presentation of conclusions to clients.
* Lead implementation efforts and interpretation of accounting standards (ASC
606 Revenue Recognition, ASC 842 Leases, ASC 805 Business Combinations,
etc.).
* Prepare and review external financial reports for clients, auditors, and
regulatory bodies, including 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and proxy statements, ensuring
compliance with SEC reporting requirements.
* Assist in designing and implementing accounting policies and procedures to
address technical accounting issues and improve compliance.
* Support purchase accounting, opening balance sheet preparation, and
cash-to-accrual conversions following transactions.
