JOB PURPOSE
The Product Analyst will be responsible for driving product-related analytics, pricing operations and reporting to support business growth and strategic decision-making. The role will work closely with Product Managers, Sales & Marketing teams to generate actionable insights, ensure accurate product and pricing data management and enable effective execution of product lifecycle and commercial activities.
The incumbent will play a critical role in strengthening data-driven decision-making, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting new product and business initiatives through analytical rigor and cross-functional collaboration.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Drive analytical reviews and actionable insights in collaboration with Product Managers to support business growth and portfolio decisions.
• Manage end-to-end Product Lifecycle Management activities including SKU creation, flag changes, discontinuation (DIS) exercise, and product line maintenance.
• Analyze competition pricing trends and execute timely price updates across systems such as SAP and SFDC.




• Support product portfolio planning through data-driven analysis, market insights, and strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate and support new product/project initiatives including certifications, sustainability programs, and process improvement projects.
• Generate and automate business reports, dashboards, and scorecards including for Monthly/ quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), shipment reports, and regional/channel prospect trackers.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Service, and Operations teams for query resolution, billing support, and reporting requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy, process adherence, and timely execution of all product-related updates and reporting activities.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization to improve efficiency and reporting turnaround time.
