Due to this continued success, we are seeking a Marketing Manager (Pharma) on 6 Months contract to join the team.

What is this about?
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic, account-focused B2B marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth for our digital medical platforms across key accounts and Pharma partners in India.
This role requires a deep understanding of priority customer segments, including Pharma organizations, academic institutions, and healthcare professionals, with a strong focus on persona development, account insights, and targeted engagement strategies.
What can you expect as our recent Business Development Executive:
Lead the execution of India’s account-based marketing (ABM) strategy aligned with McGraw Hill Professional (MHP) go-to-market objectives,



focusing on a defined set of high-value Pharma and institutional accounts.
Leverage channels such as email (Marketo), digital campaigns, social media, WhatsApp Business, and partner ecosystems to engage target personas with the right message at the right time.
Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success to support key account growth by identifying priority accounts, mapping stakeholders and decision-makers, and aligning on account objectives.
Build and scale co-marketing initiatives with Pharma partners, developing joint value propositions and campaigns that engage doctors and healthcare professionals on digital platforms.
Develop and deliver tailored sales enablement and customer marketing initiatives.
Track, analyze, and optimize account-level marketing performance, measuring engagement, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.
