About the Role:
The Hygiene Care Consultant / Sr. Hygiene Care Consultant will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects.
Providing complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
The incumbent will report to the Branch Manager. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team, and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
Present, promote, and sell products / services to existing and prospective clients
Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis to align offerings with client requirements
Maintain strong, positive business relationships with customers
Reach out to potential clients through cold calling
Develop new business opportunities within existing and current customer bases in line with the sales strategy
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and complaints to maximise satisfaction
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within defined timelines
Collaborate effectively with internal team
