What will you do?
Lead daily manual cell operations to achieve safety, quality, and production targets consistently
Coordinate staffing, work instructions, and material flow to keep operations running smoothly
Coach and develop operators on standard work, ergonomics, and continuous improvement techniques
Monitor performance, verify quality inspections, and resolve issues quickly while escalating when needed
