Amazon Business India is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the new customer acquisition and traffic charter. In this role, you will define the north-star customer experience to drive Amazon Business awareness at scale and enable easy access to the Amazon Business marketplace.
You will work at the intersection of AI/ML and growth — building ML and Generative AI capabilities to strengthen targeting, personalize customer acquisition, build Amazon Business upsell visibility / workflow on the consumer shopping site, simplify the registration journey through agentic AI-led conversational experiences and block abusive registrations by building the right verification checks etc.You will also architect a seamless cross-store shopping experience for customers with dual accounts (Retail and Business) by enabling pricing and value discovery across B2B and B2C buying journeys.
