Position Summary

AIMS Institutes is seeking a reliable, responsible, and safety-conscious Driver to support the transportation requirements of the institution. The Driver will be responsible for safely transporting management personnel, faculty, staff, students, guests, and official documents/materials as assigned, while ensuring proper maintenance and upkeep of the Institute vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

Transportation Duties

Safely operate Institute vehicles for official duties as assigned by the Management.
Transport management personnel, faculty, staff, students, and guests to designated locations in a timely and skilled manner.
Provide transportation support for admissions activities, institutional events, industry visits, educational tours, and other official assignments.
Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off as per schedules and instructions.




Follow approved routes while ensuring passenger safety and comfort.

Vehicle Maintenance & Upkeep

Conduct daily vehicle inspections before commencing duty.
Ensure vehicles are clean, roadworthy, and properly maintained at all times.
Monitor fuel levels, engine oil, coolant, tyre pressure, battery condition, and other vehicle requirements.
Report any mechanical faults, damages, or maintenance requirements immediately to the Administration Department.
Coordinate with authorized service centers for routine servicing and repairs as directed.

Compliance & Documentation

Maintain valid driving licenses and comply with all traffic laws and regulations.
Ensure that vehicle documents such as Registration Certificate (RC), Insurance, Pollution Under Control (PUC), and permits are valid and updated.
Maintain vehicle logbooks, trip sheets, mileage records, fuel consumption records, and service history.
