Job Summary

The Product Owner is responsible for driving product vision and ensuring customer and business needs are translated into transparent, actionable priorities for the delivery team. You will manage the product backlog, define acceptance criteria, align stakeholders, and help maximize value delivered through agile product development.

Key Responsibilities

Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring items are prioritized by business value and customer impact.
Translate product vision into epics, user stories, and clear requirements with measurable acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with engineering, QA, design, and other stakeholders to refine scope, remove blockers, and support delivery.
Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives; ensure the team understands goals and expected outcomes.
Monitor product performance and feedback to continuously improve features, usability, and overall product direction.

Qualifications





2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in agile delivery environments.
Strong understanding of Scrum and/or other agile methodologies, including backlog management and sprint ceremonies.
Ability to write clear, testable user stories and define acceptance criteria aligned to business goals.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and/or similar product management or tracking platforms.
