Role Overview
CRISIL is looking for a CA Industrial Trainee to support the Corporate FP&A; team in financial planning, business analytics, management reporting, dashboarding, and automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Prepare and analyze monthly MIS, management reports, and business performance dashboards.
• Perform variance analysis and generate actionable business insights.
• Develop and enhance reporting dashboards and KPI trackers.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Partner with Finance, Business, and Technology teams on reporting and transformation initiatives.
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis,



business cases, and strategic projects.
Desired Profile
• CA student eligible for Industrial Training.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Power Query, or automation tools will be an advantage.
• Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
