Role Description
We are hiring a Technical Recruiter with experience in SAP recruitment, SaaS hiring, software product company hiring, and technology staffing.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, building talent pipelines, creating resource benches, marketing available consultants, generating leads for staffing opportunities, and supporting resource placement activities.




This role requires a recruiter who understands technology, can identify quality talent quickly, build relationships with consultants, and support both recruitment and bench sales activities.

Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and recruit candidates for SAP, SaaS, software development, cloud, AI, integration, and enterprise technology roles.
Build and maintain a robust bench of SAP consultants, software engineers, architects, project managers, UI/UX designers, AI engineers, and cloud professionals.
Market and sell available bench resources to clients, partners, implementation companies, and staffing organizations.
Generate leads for consultant placements, contract staffing opportunities, and project-based resource requirements.
Work closely with sales, business development, delivery teams, and leadership to identify staffing opportunities.
Recruit candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social medi
