Key Responsibilities:
HRMS Transformation & System Management
Implementation & Maintenance: Manage end-to-end implementation and rollout of HR digital platforms, especially HRMS modules (Performance, Leave, Recruitment, Learning, etc.).
Process Automation: Coordinate with product vendors for system configuration, pilot testing, and deployment. Conduct system testing (UAT), flag bugs, track resolution timelines, and ensure smooth handover.
User Training & Support:
Provide training and ongoing support to HR staff and employees on HRMS functionalities, enhancing user adoption and system utilization.
System Enhancements: Collaborate with IT and HR teams to implement system upgrades and integrate recent modules that align with evolving organizational needs.
HR Analytics & Reporting
Data Analysis: Utilize HRMS data to analyze key metrics such as employee turnover, engagement, and performance, providing insights to inform HR strategies.
Dashboard Development: Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that visualize HR data, aiding leadership in data-driven decision-making.
Predictive Analytics: Apply predictive modeling techniques to forecast HR trends, such as attrition rates and hiring needs, enabling proactive workforce planning.
Compliance & Data Security: Ensure HR data complies with relevant regulations and implement measures to protect sensitive employee information.
