Dimensional & WeightChecks/: Verify that parts satisfy tolerance requirements using manual precision inspection tools such as digital calipers, micrometers, height gauges, plug gauges, and electronic weighing scales. First/-Off/ShiftStart Verification/: Assist in comparing the first components made following a color change, shift restart, or fresh mold setup to the authorized master sample. Defective Material Quarantine/: When a machine fails,



stop packing defective parts right away, put physical red "Hold/Rejected" tags on them, and transfer non/-conforming products to the quarantine area.
