This open position is for Armanino India LLP. Armanino India LLP is a fully
owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).

Responsibilities





* Lead Agile ceremonies with delivery outcomes (stand-ups, sprint planning,
reviews, retrospectives) aligned to key implementation phases (Fit-Gap,
Build, SIT, UAT, Go-Live).
* Drive sprint execution discipline by ensuring user stories are well-defined,
estimated, and tied to functional deliverables (configurations, integrations,
reports).
* Enforce Agile governance while tailoring ceremonies for ERP delivery
realities (longer cycles, cross-module dependencies, release milestones).
* Enable teams to decompose complex business processes (e.g., P2P, O2C,
Record-to-Report, Supply Chain flows) into executable backlog items and
sprint deliverables.
* Proactively remove delivery impediments across functional, technical, and
integration layers (e.g., data, environments, dependencies, resource
constraints).
* Drive escalation and resolution of critical issues impacting SIT/UAT
timelines, ensuring continuity of delivery milestones.
