* Able to manage 100 Operators per shift
* Lead & Implement Shop floor 5S up to the mark.
* Evaluate each station of the manufacturing process to reach maximum efficiency to meet the customer requirement.
* Set Daily/Weekly/Monthly Targets and Communicate to the team members.
* Cell wise OEE/OLE Monitoring & report preparation on daily basis.
* Drive continuous Improvement activities on shift to Improve the PQCDSM.
* Ensure all resources and assets are used efficiently and correctly
* Understand the Process flow and Methodology to Prevent the Scrap occurance & Cost of Poor Quality.
* Select & Train the Operators to ensure efficient operation of Manufacturing function
* Escalate the Major issues as per the escalation matrix
* Ensure the Secure use of Tools&Equipments;
* Check the Part Quality as per the Quality control documents
* Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
* Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
