Drive lean manufacturing concept in factory
Drive and monitor plant led productivity projects in Power Steering
Deliver at least 1 Green Belt projects every year
Mentor Kaizen Leader/GB projects
Design and Lead Quarterly Manf. Excellence Engagement Programs.
Engage with Region LSS and Manf. Excellence Leads and drive horizontal replication of Best Plant Practices.

Responsibilities

Act as facilitator for TPM activities

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE:

1. TPM Implementation in the plant
Prepare Master plan for TPM implementation
Develop and standardize the TPM formats for Pune Plant
Plan basic policy & target setting
Organize the Plant Project teams
Attend and coordinate the Steering committee meetings
Work out plan to promote individual pillar
Set targets for individual circle linked to pillar target
Develop the JH circles for plant
Support JH circles to meet the JH Master Plan
2. Establish Loss Monitoring system to set up plant benchmark based on key indices of PQCDSM
Identify Losses based on 16 losses & Prepare PQCDSM targets for Plant
Establish loss data monitoring system in plant
Regular feedback to all pillar on targets vs. actual
3. Facilitate 5S activity in the plant
