The Assistant Medical Superintendent should supports the Medical Director in managing the clinical operations of the hospital. You will be responsible for ensuring high standards of patient care, optimizing clinical workflows, managing the medical staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations (such as NABH ).
You will act as a key liaison between the hospital’s administrative leadership and the clinical teams.
Quality Assurance: Monitor and improve clinical outcomes, patient safety protocols, and infection control measures.
Protocol Development: Assist in designing and implementing standardized clinical pathways and treatment protocols.
Incident Management: Review medical errors, patient grievances, and adverse events, and implement corrective actions.
Medical Staff Management
Credentialing: Assist in the recruitment, credentialing, and onboarding of new physicians and specialists.
Performance Review: Conduct peer reviews and evaluate the clinical performance of the medical staff.
Conflict Resolution: Mediate disputes between clinical staff, nursing teams, and administration to maintain a cooperative environment.
Continuing Education: Organize and oversee Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs and training
