We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end hiring for critical roles across our Research and Credit roles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hiring for Equity Research, Credit Risk, Fund accounting, Middle Operations roles . This role will require close collaboration with business leaders and HR partners to ensure a high-quality talent pipeline aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-End Hiring Ownership:
• Build strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies and market mapping.
Expertise:
• Understand functional nuances and partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, assessments, and interview processes.
• Stay updated on evolving tech stacks and source talent accordingly.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand talent needs and deliver timely closures.
• Act as a recruitment advisor to business teams by sharing hiring insights, challenges, and market trends.
• Candidate Experience & Employer Branding:




• Ensure a seamless and skilled candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Represent the CRISIL brand effectively in all candidate interactions.
• Process & Systems Management:
• Utilize ATS and sourcing tools effectively to manage workflows, candidate data, and reporting.
• Maintain recruitment SLAs, ensuring quality, speed, and compliance in all hiring actions.
• Data-Driven Decision Making:
• Track and report recruitment metrics to optimize hiring effectiveness and efficiency.
• Use market intelligence and data to guide sourcing strategies and hiring decisions.
Qualifications & Skills:
• 11+ years of experience in talent acquisition
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in recruitment tools, ATS, and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple parallel hiring mandates
