What will you do:
Perform independent testing and validation of power electronic products, ensuring compliance with design specifications and applicable standards.
Analyze and troubleshoot analog, digital, and power electronic circuits, identifying root causes of failures and recommending corrective actions.
Support qualification and evaluation of critical electronic components such as IGBTs, magnetics, thyristors, capacitors, cooling fans, and related subsystems.
Operate and manage laboratory test equipment including CRO/oscilloscopes, AC/DC sources, autotransformers, multimeters, and data loggers for accurate measurements and reporting.
Understand product architecture, configurations, and operational requirements to support testing, application, and performance improvements.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (R&D;, Quality, Manufacturing, Service, and Supply Chain)



to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth product execution.
Conduct root cause analysis for customer-reported product issues, supporting investigation, documentation, and long-term resolution.
Prepare detailed test reports, qualification documentation, and technical inputs to support product reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Good understanding of power electronic Products with 5+ years of experience
Good understanding of analog and digital circuits, and power electronics circuits.
Capable of running independent tests. • Good Knowledge in Basic Troubleshooting of Products.
Work efficiently with different Cross-Functional teams.
Knowledge of test equipment, CRO, AC Source, DC Source, Auto transformers, Multimeters, Data loggers
Good communication skills.
Support Qualification of Electronic components such as IGBTs, Magnetics, Thyristors, AC/DC capacitors, FAN’s, etc
