We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Sr. Associate Director, Management.
Deliver end-to-end IT delivery management to roll out Fixed Income products into recent markets (initiation to go-live)
Sit within the Front Office IT team, but drive delivery across Front Office, Middle Office and Back Office teams
Coordinate delivery across Trading, Pricing/Valuation, Market Data, Risk, Product Control,
Accounting (P&L; / P&L; explain), Operations and Finance/Reporting (as applicable)
Manage local market/regulatory requirements impacting booking model, reporting, controls and operational processes
Own project governance: integrated plan, milestones, dependencies, RAID, status reporting and steering forums
Drive scope, timeline and delivery outcomes; manage change control and prioritisation. Lead requirements definition and translate business needs into clear technology deliverables and workstreams
Define and execute testing strategy with stakeholders (SIT/UAT, front-to-back trade lifecycle testing, controls testing). Plan and lead cutover activities including rehearsals, go/no-go criteria, rollback approach and production readiness
Ensure operational readiness: runbooks, support model, monitoring, training and BAU handover. Proactively manage stakeholders, escalate risks early, and drive timely decisions across globa
