About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic Quick Commerce Manager to lead and manage HUFT’s presence across quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, etc.). This role will oversee day-to-day operations, partner relationships, inventory planning, catalogue optimization, and performance monitoring to drive revenue, availability, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities/What You Will Do

Channel & Partner Management
Manage end-to-end operations with quick commerce partners.
Drive solid relationships with category managers, platform reps, and operations teams.
Negotiate visibility, listings, promotions, and platform collaborations.
Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination
Ensure healthy stock levels across partner dark stores/warehouses.
Coordinate with supply chain, warehouse teams, and demand planners for timely replenishment.
Monitor fill rates, OOS percentages, and supply accuracy.
Catalogue & Merchandising
Oversee listing hygiene, pricing accuracy, content uploads, and product visibility.
Ensure assortment optimization as per platform insights and sales trends.




Coordinate for new product launches, seasonal pushes, and hero SKU management.
Performance Tracking & Growth
Track daily/weekly sales, ROAS, cancellations, and operational metrics.
Analyze platform data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
Own revenue targets and growth roadmap for quick commerce.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, supply chain, finance, category, and warehouse teams.
Coordinate for marketing spends, platform campaigns, and monthly business plans.
Drive execution of promotional calendars and visibility assets.

Qualifications & Skills/What You Need

4-6 years of experience in Quick Commerce, E-commerce Operations, supply chain, or operations roles.
Experience working with platforms like Zepto, Instamart, Blinkit, or similar is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree; MBA is a plus
