Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Sales Head / Sales Director – Corporate Training / Education Services. The role involves leading end-to-end sales activities, including identifying and qualifying prospects, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals with corporate clients for training and education services. The Sales Head / Sales Director will develop and execute sales strategies, set revenue targets, prepare proposals,



and present solutions to decision-makers and key stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and mentoring the sales team, overseeing account management activities, maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with delivery and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role also requires analyzing market trends, tracking performance metrics, forecasting revenue, and continuously improving sales processes to drive business growth.
Qualifications
Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets in corporate training or education services.
Experience in Account Management, including building long-term client relationships, managing key accounts, and driving account growth.
