Job Summary
The CLM Implementation Analyst is responsible for supporting the end-to-end implementation of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems within the organization. This position will collaborate closely with cross-functional business units, IT team, and a third party implementors to ensure that all phases of system deployment?from requirements gathering and configuration to testing, training, and go-live?are executed successfully and in alignment with organizational goals. The analyst will also facilitate change management efforts and promote user adoption of new CLM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Work with business users to gather, analyze, and document requirements for CLM solutions, ensuring alignment with functional and technical needs.
In collaboration with implementation partners, configure CLM applications and modules according to defined specifications, including workflows, templates, security roles, and user access.
Develop and execute test scripts for unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, documenting results and facilitating issue resolution.




Coordinate data migration activities, validating the accuracy and completeness of contract data transferred into the recent system.
Support change management initiatives by developing training materials, conducting user training sessions, and providing go-live support.
Document business processes, workflows, and system configurations to establish standards and best practices for CLM usage.
Assist in the transition of the CLM system from implementation to operational support, including handing off documentation and knowledge to support teams.
Identify areas for process improvement and recommend enhancements to maximize the value of the CLM platform.
Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and organizational policies throughout the implementation process.
Provide post-implementation support to address issues, gather feedback, and facilitate continuous improvement.
