We work hand-in-hand with One Service organisation, LoBs, and Digital Energy teams to ensure our customers benefit from straightforward, reliable, and scalable connectivity and digital architectures.
Our mission is to:
Define clear, standardised architecture patterns and connection frameworks
Act as an SME and support offer creation and technology conversation
Drive global adoption across IoT and DSA communities, Technical Sales, and Service Operations, working cross-functionally with commercial, delivery, product, platform, and field stakeholders to ensure end-to-end alignment from architecture design to deployment and operation.
Provide field-ready playbooks, tools, and guidance
Continuously improve through structured feedback loops
