Key Responsibilities
- Handle inward and outward material activities
- Maintain stock records and inventory accuracy
- Prepare GRN, material issue slips, and stock reports
- Monitor material consumption and stock levels
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, and QA departments
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of materials
- Perform physical stock verification periodically
- Maintain FIFO/FEFO system in stores
- Ensure housekeeping and safety compliance in store area
- Operate ERP/SAP system for inventory transactions
