Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Application Development Manager to lead the development, enhancement, and support of business-critical applications for our US operations from our India-based Global Capability Center (GCC). This role combines technical leadership, solution architecture, and people management,



ensuring high-quality delivery of custom solutions aligned with business needs.
The ideal candidate will oversee a multi-technology development team while actively contributing to solution design, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Application Development & Support

Manage end-to-end development and support of enterprise applications used by US business teams.
Oversee customization, enhancement, and maintenance of existing systems.
Ensure timely resolution of production issues and continuous system improvements.
Drive best practices in coding, testing, deployment, and documentation.

2. Technical Leadership & Solution Architecture

Act as a solution architect for complex business requirements, providing scalable and efficient designs.
Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and frameworks for new initiatives.
