JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer to join our growing Data &
Analytics team. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize advanced BI
solutions using Power BI to drive data-informed decisions across the
organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business
requirements into scalable, user-friendly dashboards and reports, and play a key
role in shaping our data visualization and reporting strategy.

Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and deploy high-performance dashboards and reports in Power
BI based on business requirements.
* Collaborate with business users to understand their analytical needs and
translate them into technical solutions.
* Develop and optimize data models using DAX and Power Query (M) for efficient
reporting.
* Integrate Power BI with various data sources, including Microsoft Fabric,
Azure, SQL Server and APIs.
* Implement and manage row-level security, access controls, and workspace
governance.
* Troubleshoot data issues, validate results, and ensure data accuracy and




reliability.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices and standards in BI
development.
* Stay updated on the latest features and best practices in Power BI and
related Microsoft technologies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

WE ARE SEEKING SOMEONE WITH A BACHELOR'S DEGREE AND 5+ YEARS OF TOTAL EXPERIENCE
WITH EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING:

* 3+ years of experience in BI development with a focus on Power BI.
* Proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling best practices.
* Robust SQL skills and experience working with large relational databases.
* Strong SQL and data modeling skills, with experience in dimensional modeling
and star/snowflake schemas.
* Experience connecting Power BI to multiple data sources including cloud
platforms (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, Azure, AWS).
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
