As an Advisory - Deals - CMAAS - Director, you will provide strategic guidance
on technical accounting, financial reporting, transaction structures, and
capital markets topics. You will advise clients on complex accounting advisory
and financial reporting issues around deals and other transformational business
events that may impact an organization's value. As a Director, you will set the
strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful
decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level
client relations. You will cultivate potential in others and actively
collaborate across the PwC Network, leveraging collective strength to maximize
client satisfaction.
