Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

Our company is growing rapidly and is hiring a Senior Data Engineer to support
our data solutions team. This individual will be on a team that is using
cutting edge technology to build solutions that work with large volumes of data
across multiple platforms. They will partner with our team of data scientists,
data gurus,



and product owners to maintain, Support and deliver products that
will help drive decision making. Be the Technical Lead and go to person for
support, maintenance and upkeep of systems for Palantir RTB team and also get
involved in translating business requirements and building machine learning
models along with CTB team.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

* L3 Support: Manage and respond to platform Incidents, service requests and
managing ITSM process using ServiceNow following ITIL practices (SLA
adherence)
* Monitor and triage Palantir Foundry pipelines and data health checks
* Handle critical incidents with timely resolution and keeping stakeholders
informed
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Palantir software
implementations
* Ensure compliance with data security
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support & deliver high-impact data
solutions.
