for managing shop floor execution, leading front-line teams, driving operational
excellence initiatives, and implementing continuous improvement projects that
deliver measurable business results. The position requires solid people
leadership, manufacturing expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively
across Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams.

JOB DESCRIPTION

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality,
delivery, inventory, and productivity targets.





* Manage and develop a manufacturing organization consisting of 2–3
direct-report engineers/supervisors and approximately 50–70 shop-floor
associates.

* Build a high-performance culture through coaching, mentoring, performance
management, and conflict resolution.

* Drive production execution while ensuring customer commitments are met in a
timely, quality-focused, and cost-effective manner.

* Partner with cross-functional teams including Quality, Engineering, Planning,
Sourcing, and EHS to resolve operational challenges and improve business
performance.

* Identify, prioritize, and execute Lean Manufacturing and Continuous
Improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.

* Lead projects focused on cost reduction, quality improvement, yield
enhancement, waste elimination, and process simplification.

utilization, throughput, inventory accurac
