Our creative company is looking to fill the role of Windows / VMware
Administrator. Day to day activities include developing and documenting system
specifications, implementing hardware and OS, maintaining high operational
uptime stringent SLAs, coordinating with applications and database teams and
other operational and project-based tasks.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:





* Provides systems administration technical expertise in support of core
business functions.
* Evaluates end user needs, goals, in conjunction with application parameters
to define overall system requirements and technical design.
* Relies on extensive knowledge and professional discretion to achieve goals.
* Evaluates existing systems and designs/flowcharts proposed systems.
* Installs, monitors, and manages servers and customer endpoints, resolves
issues as needed
Installs system and application patches and performs system backups and
recovery.
* Monitors system configuration and manages log files.
* Develops user guides, technical procedures, and technical architecture
documentation.
* Ensures system security through proactive security patch management.
* Monitors existing infrastructure and usage, optimizes system to ensure
quality user experience.
* Documents internal policies
* Makes recommendation
