We are a US based startup, building a next-generation AI Automation platform for US small businesses. Our platform integrates online ordering, payments, last-mile delivery, and AI-powered experiences eCommerce experiences across web, mobile, and conversational channels.

We are looking for a Junior Full Stack Developer with Agentic AI experience who can understand and learn the core architecture, ship production-grade systems, and be part of a growing engineering team. Responsibilities

- Think clearly about the design, development, and scaling of our web and mobile platforms, learn from senior team members quickly

- Design and Build high-performance frontends using NextJS and NodeJS - minimum 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience, spanning at least 5 projects

- Design and implement scalable backend services using NodeJS and Python.

- Android and iOS app development

- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices

- Integrate third-party services including:

- Payments (Stripe)

- Maps & location services (Google Maps APIs)

- Cloud services (Azure, GCP)

- Drive Agentic workflow + LLM integrations (OpenAI, Gemini) into production workflows

- Own database design and optimization (Postgres, SQL, NoSQL, Elasticsearch)

- Set up and maintain DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, testing, and deployment strategies

- Establish engineering best practices (code reviews, testing, observability)

- Work closely with product, design, and business stakeholders

- Hire, mentor,



and lead engineers using Agile / Scrum principles

- Act as a hands-on technical leader while contributing code daily

Required Skills & Experience

- 1-2+ years of skilled experience in full-stack web and mobile development

- Atleast 2+ live production projects (startup or enterprise)

- Strong hands-on expertise in:

- Frontend: ReactJS, NextJS

- Backend: NodeJS, Python

- Experience building and scaling REST APIs

- Proven experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Gemini or similar)

- Strong knowledge of:

- SQL/Postgres

- NoSQL databases (Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Redis, etc.)

- Experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure and/or GCP)

- Solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, test automation, monitoring

- Experience with Jira, Agile/Scrum workflows

- Ability to review architecture, performance, and security critically

- Strong communication skills and proven team leadership experience

- Must provide a portfolio or GitHub with side projects or production systems

Nice to Have

- Experience in eCommerce, food delivery, or marketplace platforms

- Experience with real-time systems, order lifecycle management

- Exposure to mobile app development (native android/ios/React Native)

- Prior startup or early-stage company experience
