About Ceiver

Ceiver is a UK-headquartered Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) consultancy and the advisory-led transformation partner for the Office of the CFO. We deliver Anaplan, Planful, Pigment, and Prophix implementations across UKI, EMEA, North America, and APAC with our delivery centre in Bengaluru.

We are hiring for two separate openings. Candidates with expertise in either Anaplan (L3 mandatory) or Vena Solutions are strongly encouraged to apply.

Opening 1: Anaplan Model Builder (L3 Certified)

What you will do:

- Design, build, and deploy multi-dimensional Anaplan models for FP&A;, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and supply chain use cases
- Translate business requirements into scalable Anaplan modules, lists, line items, and dashboards
- Integrate Anaplan with source systems (ERP, HRIS, data warehouses) via Anaplan Connect, CloudWorks, and REST APIs
- Optimize existing models for performance, workspace efficiency, and user experience
- Partner with Solution Architects and client stakeholders across discovery, build, UAT, and hypercare

Must have:

- 3-7 years of hands-on Anaplan model building experience
- Anaplan Level 3 Model Builder certification (mandatory) Level 1 & 2 also active
- Strong understanding of financial planning, FP&A; processes, and multi-dimensional modeling
- Experience with at least 2 end-to-end Anaplan implementations
- Excellent client-facing communication skills

Nice to have:

- Master Anaplanner or Solution Architect certification
- Domain expertise in CPG, BFSI, Retail, or Manufacturing




- Prior consulting/implementation partner experience

Opening 2: Vena Solutions Consultant (Model Builder)

What you will do:

- Design and implement Vena Solutions models for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and management reporting
- Build Excel-native financial templates, workflows, and reports leveraging Vena's Growth Engine
- Configure ETL processes, data integration, and Power BI dashboards within the Vena ecosystem
- Lead requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live for enterprise clients
- Provide post-implementation support and drive user adoption

Must have:

- 3-7 years of experience implementing Vena Solutions end-to-end
- Strong Excel modeling skills (formulas, macros, pivot tables, Power Query)
- Proven experience with at least 2 full-cycle Vena implementations
- Solid grasp of FP&A;, financial consolidation, and management reporting
- Client-facing consulting experience

Nice to have:

- Vena Certified Qualified credentials
- Power BI, SQL, or Azure Data Factory experience
- Background in finance transformation or CPM/EPM consulting
