Role & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement engineering solutions based on project requirements.
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.
- Monitor manufacturing, production, or project execution to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.
- Analyze technical problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, procurement, and maintenance.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and performance evaluations of equipment, materials, or processes.
- Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize downtime.
- Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
- Continuously improve engineering practices through innovation and process enhancement.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Metallurgy, Industrial, Production, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related disciplines).
- Freshers as well as experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.
- Good understanding of engineering principles,



manufacturing processes, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant engineering software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar tools, depending on the role).
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced manufacturing and industrial environment.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and continuous improvement methodologies is an added advantage.
