Role Summary

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Technology Recruiter to support hiring across emerging technology and digital transformation functions.

The recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers and technology leaders to identify, attract, and hire top talent across AI, Data, Cloud, Product Engineering, Platform Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Healthcare Technology domains.

This role offers an exciting prospect to work at the intersection of Technology, Healthcare, and Artificial Intelligence while contributing to Omega's transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and role requirements.
- Build strong candidate pipelines for niche technology positions.
- Drive hiring across:
- AI/ML Engineers, Generative AI Engineers, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Full Stack Engineers, Cloud Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Cybersecurity Professionals,



Product Managers, Enterprise Architects, Healthcare Technology Specialists

Candidate Sourcing

- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
- Conduct proactive market research and talent mapping.
- Build and maintain a database of passive and active candidates.

Stakeholder Management

- Coordinate closely with technology hiring managers.
- Ensure positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Provide regular hiring updates and pipeline insights.

Recruitment Operations

- Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication.
- Track recruitment metrics and hiring progress.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment processes and hiring SLAs.

Employer Branding

- Promote Omega's employer brand within technology communities.
- Support hiring campaigns, networking events, and social recruiting initiatives.
- Showcase Omega's growing technology and AI capabilities to attract top talent.

Desired Profile

Mandatory

- 2-6 years of recruitment experience.

- Minimum 1-3 years of technology hiring experience.

- Experience recruiting for one or more of the following:

- Software Engineering
- Cloud
- Data Engineering
- AI/ML
- Product Development
- Cybersecurity

- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.

- Good understanding of software development terminology and technology ecosystems.

Preferred

- Experience hiring for AI, GenAI, Data Science, or Product Engineering roles.
- Exposure to Healthcare Technology, HealthTech, SaaS, GCC, or Product Organizations.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and talent intelligence platforms.
