Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations, ensuring effective use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.

- Oversee floor management, including visual merchandising, inventory control, and shrinkage reduction strategies.

- Supervise store staff to achieve sales targets, improve productivity, and maintain high standards of service excellence.

- Develop and implement effective retail operations plans to drive business growth and profitability.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-3 years of experience in retail management or related field (FMCG industry preferred).

- Strong understanding of retail operations, including store setup, supervision, planning & execution.

- Excellent communication skills for effective team leadership & customer interaction.

- Ability to analyze data to identify trends & opportunities for improvement.
