Role & responsibilities :

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote insurance products.
- Explain policy features, advantages, premiums, and coverage details clearly and accurately.
- Follow up with interested customers and assist in policy renewals and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and achieve assigned sales and calling targets.

Preferred candidate profile :

- Excellent communication and persuasion skills in Odia, Hindi, and English.
- 02 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or insurance sales.
- Basic knowledge of insurance products is preferred.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and computer/CRM systems.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and good interpersonal skills.
