Key Responsibilities:

- Requirements gathering and documentation.
- Process mapping and re-engineering.
- Operational efficiency improvement initiatives.
- Support regulatory and platform migration programs.
- Engage with business, operations, and technology teams global.
- BA with C&I; experience who has managed comms for large programs.
- Engaging stakeholders global and regional, wider program team.
- Robust BA skills with global/regional stakeholder engagement experience.
- Experience with operations, regulatory programs, platform roll outs.
- From an ops standpoint, tooling toward process mapping, improvisation from process ops perspective mandatory,
- Experience required in global banking clients.

Preferred skills set:

- Cards Operations.
- Regulatory Programs.
- Platform Rollout Experience.
- Process Mapping.
- Process Improvement/Re-engineering.
- BA Deliverables (BRD, FRD, User Stories).

Preferred certification:

- Lean Six Sigma.
