Role & Responsibilities

- Drive Oracle Cloud / Oracle Fusion sales across India and international markets.
- Generate new leads and develop business opportunities through direct sales, networking, LinkedIn, referrals, and partnerships.
- Build and manage the complete sales pipeline/funnel from lead generation to closure.
- Identify customer requirements and position suitable Oracle Cloud solutions and services.
- Work closely with Oracle functional/technical teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offerings.
- Manage client relationships, negotiations, follow-ups, and deal closures.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM and sales pipeline reports.
- Develop relationships with CXO-level stakeholders, IT heads, HR/Finance leaders, and procurement teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 4 to 8 years of experience in IT/Cloud/ERP sales.
- Proven experience in Oracle Cloud / Oracle Fusion sales.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM, ERP, SCM, EPM and/or Oracle Cloud services.




- Experience selling Oracle implementation, support, consulting, or managed services is preferred.
- Strong lead-generation, business-development, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Experience working with India, UAE, UK, or wider EMEA clients is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with CRM/Sales tools and LinkedIn/Sales Navigator.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-management skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
