We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support project planning, documentation, and execution. The role involves coordinating between clients and technical teams, tracking project progress, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
Key Responsibilities
- Document project requirements, discussions, and decisions clearly.
- Communicate project requirements and scope to technical teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project timelines.
- Track project milestones, progress, and deliverables.
- Follow up with technical teams on tasks, dependencies, and blockers.
- Coordinate with clients for inputs, approvals, and clarifications.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and follow-up logs.
- Ensure projects progress smoothly through each stage until completion.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Good understanding of project coordination and delivery tracking.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
Experience & Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of experience in project coordination or similar roles.
- Experience working with technical or IT teams is an advantage.
- Bachelors degree in any discipline (Project Management certification is a plus).
