JOB DESCRIPTION

- Should be working closely with the managers to ensure the deliverables as per the standards and customer expectations
- Involved in data collation, validation and presentation
- Handling and interacting with customers through emails/calls
- Scheduling, monitoring, tracking,



delivering and invoicing files as per the TAT
- Maintain & update trackers, follow-up, monitor & deliver days schedule

PROFILE DESCRIPTION

- Qualification:Any degree with good English communication (Verbal & Written) and an eye for detail are essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word will be an added advantage, enthusiastic learner and passion for reading/editing
- Should be adaptable to work in rotational shifts

Shift Timings: (Weekly Rotational shifts)

1. 6:15 am - 1:45 pm - First Shift
2. 1:45 pm - 9:15 pm - Second Shift
3. 6 pm - 3 am - Night Shift
4. 9 am - 6 pm - General Shift

CTC: 2.60LPA (Take home salary 15,991/- per month)
