What You'll Do

- Support employee onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
- Assist with employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
- Maintain HR reports, dashboards, and people data.
- Support performance management, internal mobility, and HR projects.
- Partner with HRBPs on employee relations and business-facing HR activities.
- Coordinate employee communications, surveys, and HR events.

What We're Looking For

- MBA/PGDM - HR students or recent graduates in HR.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- High ownership,



attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
- Passion for building a career in Human Resources.
