Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Recruitment Manager - US IT Staffing to lead and scale our US recruitment operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in US IT Recruitment, VMS/MSP hiring, stakeholder management, recruiter team leadership, and recruitment delivery excellence. This role requires managing a team of recruiters, driving hiring performance, and ensuring successful fulfillment of client requirements across contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions.

Job Title: Recruitment Manager - US IT Staffing (Night Shift)

Location: Pune / Kolkata (Onsite)

Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM US EST Hours

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of US IT recruiters.
- Establish recruitment KPIs, performance benchmarks, and productivity metrics.
- Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews.
- Drive team engagement, motivation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Recruitment Strategy & Delivery

- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to support client hiring requirements.
- Partner with Account Managers and Sales Teams to understand workforce needs.
- Build and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Ensure timely delivery of positions while maintaining quality standards.

Candidate Sourcing & Talent Acquisition

- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, JobDiva, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen, assess, and qualify candidates based on client requirements.
- Coordinate and manage interview scheduling and candidate communication.




- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Client & Stakeholder Management

- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and recruiting teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, MSPs, and VMS clients.
- Resolve client escalations proactively and maintain high service levels.
- Conduct regular status reviews and hiring updates with stakeholders.

Reporting & Recruitment Operations

- Monitor recruitment metrics including:
- Time-to-fill
- Submission-to-interview ratio
- Interview-to-offer ratio
- Offer acceptance rate
- Recruiter productivity

- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with client-specific processes and recruitment standards.

Process Improvement & Compliance

- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices in sourcing, screening, and talent engagement.
- Ensure adherence to US employment guidelines and organizational policies.
- Drive ATS utilization, process automation, and data accuracy.

Required Qualifications

Education

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.

Experience

- 8+ years of experience in US IT Staffing and Recruitment.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a manager or leading recruitment teams.
- Strong experience working with VMS/MSP clients.
- Proven success managing offshore recruitment delivery for US staffing engagements.
- Experience handling contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time requirements.
