Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements and provide SAP HCM solutions.
- Configure and support SAP HCM modules including:
- Organizational Management (OM)
- Personnel Administration (PA)
- Time Management (TM)
- Payroll
- Personnel Development (PD)
- ESS/MSS

- Participate in end-to-end SAP HCM implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
- Prepare functional specifications for developments and enhancements.
- Work closely with ABAP teams for custom developments.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support.
- Resolve production issues and provide business support.
- Create user manuals, training documents, and conduct user training sessions.
- Support data migration and integration activities.

Required Skills

Functional Skills

- Solid experience in SAP HCM Configuration.
- Expertise in:
- Personnel Administration (PA)




- Organizational Management (OM)
- Time Management (TM)
- Payroll
- Benefits Administration

- Knowledge of ESS/MSS functionalities.
- Experience with SAP HCM processes and workflows.
- Understanding of statutory payroll requirements.

Technical Skills

- Knowledge of SAP HR Authorization concepts.
- Experience in writing Functional Specifications.
- Understanding of SAP HR Infotypes.
- Exposure to SAP HCM integrations with:
- SAP FICO
- SAP SuccessFactors
- SAP S/4HANA

- Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging is preferred.
