Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP Payroll solutions based on business requirements.
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing and payroll-related activities.
- Configure Payroll Schemas, Rules, Wage Types, and Payroll Functions.
- Manage payroll retroactive accounting and off-cycle payroll processing.
- Work on payroll statutory compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze payroll requirements.
- Provide support for payroll incidents, enhancements, and change requests.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP teams.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support.
- Support payroll data migration and reconciliation activities.
- Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Functional Skills

- Solid experience in SAP HCM Payroll.
- Expertise in:
- Payroll Configuration
- Wage Types




- Payroll Schemas & Rules
- Time Evaluation
- Personnel Administration (PA)
- Organizational Management (OM)

- Experience in Payroll Processing and Validation.
- Knowledge of statutory payroll requirements.
- Experience in retro payroll and off-cycle payroll processing.

Technical Skills

- Knowledge of Payroll PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules).
- Experience with Payroll Schema customization.
- Functional specification preparation.
- Basic ABAP debugging knowledge.
- Experience in SAP HCM integration with:
- Time Management
- Finance (SAP FICO)
- SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
