We are a Google Partner Digital Marketing company helping businesses across the USA and India grow their online presence and achieve measurable business results through digital marketing.

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and data-driven Social Media Specialist who can develop and execute social media strategies, create engaging content, manage online communities, and drive meaningful engagement for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements, business objectives, target audiences, and social media goals.
- Develop and execute effective social media strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Conduct competitor research, audience analysis, platform research, and industry benchmarking.
- Plan, create, edit, publish, and manage engaging content across relevant social media platforms.
- Develop content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and manage monthly content calendars, editorial calendars, and publishing schedules.
- Write compelling social media copy, captions, headlines, and creative briefs.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, SEO, PPC, and other internal teams to ensure consistent and effective campaigns.
- Set up, optimize, and maintain social media profiles and business pages to improve brand visibility and engagement.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and user-generated content and ensure timely responses in line with brand guidelines.
- Build and nurture online communities and encourage meaningful audience interaction.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, algorithms, content formats, and industry best practices.




- Plan and execute paid social media promotions/boosting campaigns in coordination with the performance marketing team.
- Track and analyze key social media metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth, traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Prepare regular social media performance reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Continuously optimize content and campaigns based on performance data.
- Support online reputation management and identify opportunities to strengthen brand presence.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of social media activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2 - 5 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Management/Marketing.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and Pinterest.
- Experience in developing and executing social media strategies for brands/clients.
- Strong content writing, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
- Good understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of paid social media advertising and promotions.
- Ability to understand analytics and convert insights into actionable strategies.
- Robust communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proactive, organized, and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, New Media, Public Relations, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
